Subscription Changes:

We do not transfer subscriptions from one user to another. This is crucial for data management; all the data recorded by each user is uniquely identified by that user's email address. In order to set up additional subscriptions, please visit the Versus Store.


Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact Versus support (support@getversus.com) to initiate the return of a Versus headset for a full refund, minus shipping and subscription charges. Simply complete the Return Request form below and a support representative will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail. Once you've received your RMA number, please return your headset to:

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Subscription Cancellation:

The initial six-month cost of the subscription is non-refundable; however, the user account will remain active for the entire six month period, even if canceled. Subscriptions must be canceled no less than 5 business days before the next billing due date or one additional month may be charged. To cancel a recurring membership, or for any other billing questions, please email Versus Support (support@getversus.com) and we will be happy to assist you.

Please Note: User data will not be lost when cancelling. If at any time you wish to renew your subscription, access to previous data will be restored.
