Subscription Changes:

     We do not transfer subscriptions from one user to another. This is crucial for data management, all the data recorded by each user is uniquely identified by that user's email address. In order to set up additional subscriptions, please visit our Versus Store.


Returns:

     You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact Versus support to initiate the return of a Versus headset for a full refund, minus shipping and subscription charges. Simply complete the Return Request form below and a support representative will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail. Once you've received your RMA number, please return your headset to Neuro Therapeutics, Inc, 106 Gateway Center Drive, Suite C2, Paso Robles, CA 93446. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellations:

     Versus Subscription: The initial six-month cost of the subscription is non-refundable; however, the user account will remain active for the entire six month period even if canceled. Subscriptions must be canceled no less than 5 business days before the next billing due date or one additional month may be charged. To cancel a recurring membership, or for any other billing questions, please email Versus Support (support@getversus.com) and we will be happy to assist you. (User data will not be lost when cancelling. If at any time you wish to renew your membership, access to previous training data will be restored.)
