iPad: Training Apps will not open

If you have recently encountered issues launching the iPad versions of the Versus Training Apps, follow the steps below to download iOS 9 compliant versions of the apps.


Step 1:

Delete all existing versions of Versus and any training games from your iPad.


Step 2:

On your iPad, open a web browser and Navigate to: account.senselabs.com/signin
(Sign In using your Versus training account email and password)

Step 3:

Scroll down to view and Tap the Cloud icon to download the new versions of all Versus iPad apps including:
  • Versus
  • NeuroShapes
  • NeuroRacer
  • NeuroBalloon
  • NeuroGlider
  • NeuroJumper
(Tap 'install' if prompted)

Step 4:

When the apps finish downloading, open the Versus application and train as usual.
