How do I reset my email or password?

Resetting Your Email Address
If you would like to change the email address associated with your Versus account, you can do so in the "Settings" tab of your User Dashboard. You can log in to your User Dashboard here using the email and password for your Versus account.

If you have forgotten which email was associated with your Versus account, please contact us for further assistance.

Resetting Your Password
If you know your password but would like to change it, you can do so under the "Settings" tab of your User Dashboard. You can log in to your User Dashboard here using the email and password for your Versus account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Alternatively, you can do so by selecting "Forgot Password" on the login screen for the Versus app or your User Dashboard.

You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you created your account. A password reset email will then be sent to this address. If you do not receive a password reset email shortly after submitting your request, be sure to check your spam folder.
