How do I request a refund?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact Versus Support (support@getversus.com) to initiate the return of a Versus headset for a full refund, minus shipping and subscription charges.

To initiate a refund, request a Return Request form from our 
support team. Then, complete and return this form. A support representative will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail.

Once you've received your RMA number, please return your headset to:
