How do I cancel/change my subscription?

Cancelling Your Subscription Subscription payments which have already been processed are non-refundable. However, the user account will remain active for the entire subscription period, even if canceled.

Recurring subscriptions must be canceled no less than 15 business days before the next billing due date to avoid additional charges. To cancel a recurring subscription, or for any other billing questions, please email Versus Support (support@getversus.com) and we will be happy to assist you.

Please Note: User data will not be lost when cancelling. If at any time you wish to renew your subscription, access to previous data will be restored.

Changing Your Subscription To change your subscription plan, you can simply cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new subscription plan. Alternatively, contact Versus Support, who can facilitate you in changing your subscription plan.
